How to Save/Print a Report

  1. Open the report.
  2. Press Ctrl + P (Windows) or Cmd + P (Mac) to open your browser's Print Dialog.
  3. Change the Destination to "Save as PDF".

Note: Ensure "Background graphics" is enabled in your print settings so the charts and colors appear correctly.

A Note on Animated/Interactive Creatives

If a campaign is using an interactive HTML5 animation (Template Creative), it fundamentally cannot be printed onto a static piece of paper or PDF.
When you print the report, the system will automatically hide the broken animation and gracefully display a clean "Interactive Creative" or "Animated Template" placeholder box instead, so your client reports always look professional.
